The Numbers Juggling League and Endurance Juggling League are year-long online video competitions organized by Tom Whitfield and Eivind Dragsjø at Juggling-Records.com since 2023. The Numbers League is for juggling with a minimum of 8 balls, 8 rings, or 6 clubs, and the Endurance League is for lower numbers.
Participants submit videos of runs accomplished in the current year, and after a run is approved by a team of reviewers to make sure the video evidence is good enough and the duration is measured accurately according to the rules, the run is added to the current year's leaderboard for that number and type of prop. (Members of the review team are allowed to participate in the competitions, but can't approve their own runs.) Sub-flash attempts are allowed in the Numbers League as long as there is a genuine attempt to throw and catch all the objects, and as long as the first four objects thrown are successfully caught.
Based on the duration information submitted with each run (measured in catches for Numbers, and in hours, minutes, and seconds for Endurance), the approved runs are automatically sorted and assigned scores relative to the top run in each number + prop category. The top run in the current year for a given number and type of prop always gets 100 points, and shorter runs are given proportionately lower scores, which can change when there's a new top run in the category. Sub-flash runs get half the number of points that number of catches would otherwise get.
A participant's scores for each number of a given prop are added together to determine the juggler's place on the overall leaderboard for that prop. Then for the purpose of calculating overall scores for all props combined, the score of the top competitor for each prop is set to 100 and everyone else's scores are reduced proportionately, and then each person's scores for all three props are added together to get that person's combined score. Starting in 2025, only jugglers who participate with all three props can appear on the combined leaderboard. Four winners (one for each prop, and one for the combined score) in each of the two Leagues are determined by who has the highest total score on each of these leaderboards at the end of the year.
There have also been live Numbers League competitions held at juggling conventions.
