Josh Horton was born in 1990[1][2] in Austin, Texas, and grew up in Bloomington, Illinois.[3] He first learned to juggle 3 clubs and 3 torches at an after school circus program in Normal, Illinois.[4]
After his freshman year of high school, Josh moved to Malibu, California. He performed at his school’s talent show with the skills he hadn't used in some time. Someone in the audience showed him Jason Garfield's Chris Bliss Diss video.[3][4] Josh was amazed, and started practicing again.
After just one year of intense practice, Josh entered the Intermediate division of the WJF Championships, and took home two bronze medals.[4]
