Doug Sayers (born August 10, 1988) [1] is a professional juggler[2] from Cedar Rapids, Iowa.[3][4] He started juggling when he was 8 years old.[3] He has been competing at the IJA and the WJF since 2005,[5][6] and has held passing world records since 2007.[7]
Doug is the only person who has won all four solo numbers competitions at the IJA in the same year.[5] He won the IJA Individuals Stage Competition in 2009,[8] and the WJF Overall Championship in 2010.[9] At WJF 7 in 2011, Doug won the Advanced Ball, Ring, and Club Short Programs and three other advanced competitions, and due to a miscount of the scores was initially named Overall Champion, but Vova Galchenko had actually scored the most points overall.[10]
