3 [[Ball juggling|ball]] behind the neck throws tutorial

Revision as of 04:39, 12 April 2012

You can make objects go behind the neck (or behind the head) by throwing and catching them with your hands farther back than normal.

Tips

  • Twist your torso slightly in between throws, in the direction of the hand that will throw next, so you can get your hand back far enough.
  • To make it look good, make sure the throws are low enough that they actually go behind your head.
  • Keep your hands low so the pattern isn't too fast.
