441 is a simple symmetrical 3 object siteswap. Two balls are thrown one at a time with non-crossing throws like the throws in a 4 ball fountain (4s), one from the right hand and then one from the left hand, and then the other ball is passed straight from the right hand to the left hand (a 1). Then the same three beats are repeated, starting with the left hand throwing a 4 with the ball that was just passed to it.

Prerequisites: 3 ball cascade

Exercises to prepare for 441:

  1. 1 ball 4
  2. 2 ball 44
  3. 2 ball 41 (this should be done by throwing a ball, passing a ball to the hand you threw with, and then catching the ball you threw in the hand you threw it with, which is already holding the other ball, but it's animated as "413" because Wikia won't link to animations with more than one ball held in one hand)
  4. 2 ball 401 (this should be done by starting with two balls held in one hand, throwing one of them up, and then passing the other ball across to the other hand before catching the first ball)
  5. 2 ball 411
  6. 3 ball 42
  7. 3 ball 441
